What are the shipping fees on Nutra Charm?

What is Nutra Charm’s general return policy?
14-Day Return Policy- We provide total peace of mind when you
order from Nutra Charm by allowing you to return any item within 14 days of
receiving the products.
Please verify that the goods are unused and that the tags, boxes,
and any packing are all intact.
If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will gladly accept
it returned within 14 days of delivery.
If you paid by credit card, we will reverse the transaction.
In the case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits, we shall issue a
cheque in the registered name of the customer.
What should I do if I get a damaged, incorrect, or missing item in
my order?
Customers must raise a concern with us within 48 hours after
delivery if an item is discovered to be damaged, missing, or wrong as per their
purchase and the description on our website.
Within 48 hours, send us an image of the package and items to support@nutracharm.com. We will
arrange for a reverse pickup of the merchandise and then provide either a full
refund or an alternative item in replacement, depending on your preference.

Is there a different return policy for each product category?
Nutrition: Items should be sent in their original, sealed
packaging.
Boxes that have been opened or used would not be considered
returns.
Products cannot be returned for reasons such as rashes, stomach
discomfort, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor variation between brands, and

Fitness Accessories/Equipment:
1. Any Fitness Equipment/Accessory is eligible for replacement
within 14 days after purchase.
2. Any Fitness Equipment will be changed only if there is a
manufacturing flaw.
3. In the event of a manufacturing defect, size, or color change,
any Fitness Accessory will be replaced.
Only Treadmills and Exercise Bikes come with a 4.5-year motor guarantee and a 2-year warranty on all replacement parts.
The following items are not returnable or replaceable: Damages
caused by product misuse
Incidental harm caused by product malfunction
Any used or installed consumable item
Sold combos cannot be returned or exchanged as separate units.
